Researchers

September 6th, 2008

The core aim of this website is to help junior researchers in psychology (but not only) in their projects. We are trying to do this by:

  • providing useful resources and tools to aid some of the steps in the research process;
  • providing a one-stop place to read interesting topics, comments and thoughts in psychology research both from our own contributors and well known authors in the blogosphere;
  • allowing to access an online survey system free of charge;
  • facilitating the recruitment of participants through the Noticeboard, Forums and via the Volunteer Panel;

Requirements

  • All researchers must be registered members of this website
  • Researchers must be officially affiliated with an Academic Institution recognized by the national professional body (i.e. in the UK the British Psychological Society) or must be supervised by a Chartered Psychologist in accordance with the national rules of conduct.
  • Final year and undergraduate students will be allowed to use this resource with specific endorsement of their respective supervisors
  • Ethical approval from the local & national bodies must be granted before the project is advertised and made available on this website

Researchers’ credentials will be checked to avoid undiscriminated use of this resource.

If you satisfy the above requirements we will be very glad to help and support you in your research, but please contact us if you have any specific query.
